Firefox is adding a free, built-in browser VPN (starting in version 149) for users in the US, UK, France, and Germany, with 50GB of monthly data. It only protects traffic inside Firefox—not other apps so it’s useful for casual privacy but not a full system-wide VPN replacement.

Jest to zestaw narzędzi do ataków, które omijają „izolację klienta” — funkcję Wi-Fi, która ma zapobiegać wzajemnym atakom użytkowników w tej samej sieci. Przetestowano 11 routerów firm Cisco, Netgear, D-Link, ASUS, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, Tenda i LANCOM, a także oprogramowanie open source DD-WRT i OpenWrt.
